Corso Sempione.

Located within a building designed by Asnago and Vender, great exponents of the Milan Modern Movement and masters of rigor and harmony of proportions, the apartment showed a very definite division between the living and sleeping areas: a so dated housing concept did not fit the needs of the client, more interested in open and connected spaces. A perimeter terrace surrounds the apartment and most of the rooms overlook there. The reinforced concrete bearing structure of the stairwell has been brought to the rough, so it has been transformed into a permeable wall that characterizes and divides the spaces. The brutalism of such a clear sign has been contrasted with the use of natural materials such as wood and warm-colored stones.
